I get it, Jase; but what about building software to eavesdrop on White Supremacists and terrorists? What about building drones to drive soldiers of an invading country out?

It's tricky of course because you don't want that same tool to be misused in other purposes, and you can't always build in restrictions of usage. But the point is that any tool can be used for good or for evil.
